Can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order please email us immediately at orders@zunzle.com. Include the order number that you would like to cancel. We cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled before shipment. If an item has already been shipped the order cannot be cancelled and the order will have to be returned to receive a refund.
Are your items authentic?
Yes. All items sold by Zunzle are authentic. We do not sell counterfeit products on our website.
Are belts made to order?
No. We fully stock all of our inventory. If the item is available we have it in stock and ready for shipment immediately.
When will you get more belts in stock?
We restock our inventory levels every few weeks. We only stock the belt models listed on our site. Some belt models may not restock if we no longer decide to carry that product. If your size is no longer in stock you can email us at info@zunzle.com and we can inform you if we plan to restock a certain model.
Do you sell products on any other websites?
We are also a merchant on eBay under the username Zunzle.
